Return, Exchanges & Fraud Protection Policy
At INAG — It’s Not a Game, we want you to love your fit. If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered with a fair and simple return process.
🕒 Return Window

Regular-Priced Items: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Sale/Clearance Items: These items are considered Final Sale. If approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
📦 Condition of Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, headwear and accessories (caps, wristbands, headbands) are final sale and cannot be returned.
🚚 Shipping Costs

Shipping is always free on orders from INAG.

For returns:

Regular-priced items → INAG covers return shipping.

Sale/Clearance items → customer covers return shipping.

🔄 Exchanges

Exchanges are available for regular-priced items in stock.

If your size is unavailable, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.
💵 Refunds

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Pack your item securely and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
